I had a wonderful experience at this Lexus dealership. From the initial call to schedule the appointment it was a great experience. When I arrived on-site I was greeted by an advisor who checked me in. Waited in the customers lounge a little over an hour and my vehicle was done. Great experience. The icing on the cake is when I recieved an email showing me everything the mechanic assigned to my vehicle was doing. Once again excellent experience. He treated my vehicle with care. Had a flat tire on interstate while visiting Richmond. Lexus Roadside service towed my car to Sheehy Lexus and they got the tire fixed that afternoon. So grateful for efficient and friendly service from Kyle to get me back in the road home that evening.

It was Excellent. I had been to numerous dealerships and the salesmen turned me off. This time was different. My salesman Mike Rich met me at the door and everything after that was pleasurable. He showed me the car I was looking for. We took a drive all the time he was pointing out the features . We finished at his desk answering every question I had. I had my GX 550 serviced for the first time here. When it came to the service I would say our lady was a 10 out of 10. When it came to the loaner vehicle service I give them 1 stars. Their system said we went 40 miles and we went a total of 5. At first I basically felt like they thought we were lying as they kept saying that’s what their computer tracking system said. Like there couldn’t have been a glitch, which there was. For owning a 97,000 Lexus I wouldn’t lie to get out of $26 in gas. They did credit my account but that wasn’t the point. I got a lot of if the system messed up its the first time. Well guess what it did!! We did not have a luxury experience there and will only go back for warranty issues.

OMG This service department is impossible to reach. I had my car serviced and the repairs were completely successfully, at least I hope they were. Several other repairs were suggested which I deferred because I was leaving soon for a trip. When I returned I tried to contact service about the suggested repairs. After 3 phone calls and an email to the service advisor I still have not heard anything in almost a week. Their automated phone system is horrible, stuck in an endless loop, where I cannot even leave a message. I own 3 luxury cars; this dealership is by far the worst of them all.

I’m highly disappointed of Sheehy Lexus Service Department. On Friday morning, I brought my Lexus in for a scheduled multi-point inspection. My assigned service consultant explicitly assured me that the inspection would be completed and reported by the end of that day. Despite this assurance, I received no communication regarding my vehicle's status by midday. To my surprise and considerable consternation, I instead received an unsolicited text message from an individual named Vanessa, inquiring about purchasing my Lexus. This communication felt highly inappropriate and distracting, especially given that my vehicle was actively undergoing a service appointment at your facility. The complete absence of any further updates from my consultant or the service department throughout Friday necessitated my personal visit to the dealership on Monday to ascertain the status of my vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my consultant was unavailable. I subsequently spoke with Mr. Jeff, to whom I conveyed my considerable concerns regarding the persistent lack of communication and the unexplained delay. Furthermore, I must highlight another significant oversight. It is a valued and expected practice within Lexus service departments to provide customers with a detailed video outlining any recommended repairs. This critical element of transparency and customer assurance was absent until I requested it and I was not completely satisfied with the presentation. The cumulative effect of these issues – the unmet communication promises, the unexpected third-party solicitation, and the failure to uphold standard service protocols like the video inspection – has rendered my experience exceptionally unsatisfactory. I am deeply displeased with the service I received from the Sheehy Lexus service department on this occasion, and as a direct result, I regrettably cannot recommend your services to others.

You don’t deserve 1 star! I absolutely hate the service (and cost) that I’ve received since the company switched to Sheehy! Your professional and customer service and support sucks. I still don’t understand why my radio doesn’t work. Never again!
