The "Extra Mile" Mentality What really set Anthony apart was his attention to detail. The car was missing its second key fob; Anthony tracked down the previous owner, secured the key, and is mailing it to me this week. Even after I drove off the lot, he followed up to ensure I made the drive back to Georgia safely and to see how my wife liked the car. (Spoiler: She loves it!)
