Furthermore, I must highlight another significant oversight. This critical element of transparency and customer assurance was absent until I requested it and I was not completely satisfied with the presentation. The cumulative effect of these issues – the unmet communication promises, the unexpected third-party solicitation, and the failure to uphold standard service protocols like the video inspection – has rendered my experience exceptionally unsatisfactory. I am deeply displeased with the service I received from the Sheehy Lexus service department on this occasion, and as a direct result, I regrettably cannot recommend your services to others. ”
