“ Today is July 13,2026 5:09PM. I just called the Parts Department to obtain the front and rear brake pad part numbers for my 2022 Lexus. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the employee who assisted me, but the interaction was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had. He rattled off the part numbers so quickly that it was difficult to write them down, and before I had a chance to ask him to repeat them, he hung up the phone. I sincerely hope the dealership is able to identify who handled this call and address the issue. Every customer deserves to be treated professionally and with basic courtesy. To the employee this review is about: your attitude during this interaction was extremely unprofessional! Customer service requires patience, respect, and effective communication, and unfortunately none of those were demonstrated during our conversation. I hope you take this as an opportunity to improve your interactions with customers. ”
