He rattled off the part numbers so quickly that it was difficult to write them down, and before I had a chance to ask him to repeat them, he hung up the phone. I sincerely hope the dealership is able to identify who handled this call and address the issue. Every customer deserves to be treated professionally and with basic courtesy. To the employee this review is about: your attitude during this interaction was extremely unprofessional! Customer service requires patience, respect, and effective communication, and unfortunately none of those were demonstrated during our conversation.
